Responsibilities

1. Early product evaluation, design, and make the specification data sheet of new products;

2. Make test plan, complete hardware debugging and testing work; personally participate in product prototype circuit or whole machine test, responsible for electronic part safety test certification;

3. Prepare new product related documents, including: schematic, Layout, BOM and product specifications, etc;

4. Responsible for developing performance inspection standards for products and evaluating the manufacturing capabilities of external suppliers;

5. Assist the engineering department to solve the abnormal problem of the product in production processing;

6. Assist structural engineers to complete the development of the whole machine product;

7. Responsible for providing PCB board information, participating in the board  design/ board quotation, bargaining, confirming quotation;

8. The electronic test product required procurement and timely requisition. After the electronic trial production is ready, should inform to the project engineer;

9. The trial production of new products must be followed well, upgrade the problem in time, and assist the engineering department to complete the trial production;

10. After the trial production is verified, the structural engineer will be informed;

11. Provide timely completion of project progress to the development manager to indicate the problem points and time nodes encountered;

12. Work on reporting product design status to the higher level in a timely manner

13. Provide work logs to development manager on time every week;

14. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership

Qualifications

1. Associate majors in electronics, microelectronics, etc., college degree or above;

2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience;

3. Experience in welding, debugging and assembly of electronic products; proficient use of office software and drawing software; knowledge of electronic circuits; and certain on-site management experience;

4. DC to AC inverter conversion;

5. Work proactively, in good health, good at communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the design and development of new product module structure of lithium battery pack;

2. Responsible for the development of the new project structure of lithium battery pack PACK;

3. Responsible for designing 2D drawings, 3D drawings, assembly drawings, and BOM tables;

4. Responsible for the production and assembly tracking of lithium battery modules and battery PACK samples;

5. Responsible for the preparation of patents for battery PACK structure.

Qualifications

1. College degree or above, more than 3 years experience in PACK structure development;

2. Familiar with battery PACK development process and related design specifications;

3. Familiar with the relevant parameters of the high and low voltage devices of the battery system, can draw electrical schematics and wiring diagrams;

4. Responsible, patient and meticulous, with strong communication skills, good teamwork spirit and innovative mind.

Responsibilities
1. Handle unusual urgency at the production site, analyze problems and make improvements.
2. Plan product routes, prepare product specifications, and work instructions.

3. Introduction of new products, trial production arrangements, production site inspection and inspection.

4. Participate in the development of new products and sample production.

5. Reform field equipment and fixtures to improve production efficiency

Qualifications

Responsibilities

1. Assist the general manager in formulating the strategic plan, the annual business plan and the decomposition of the work objectives at each stage.

2. Draft work summary and other official documents for each stage of the company.

3. Assist the general manager to manage and coordinate internal relations with the company's functional departments.

4. Assist the general manager and participate in the supervision and control of the implementation of the business plan.

5. Assist the general manager in the development of large clients.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the new product prototype welding debugging work, and simple test of the prototype performance indicators;

2. Responsible for the test work arranged by the engineer and make a detailed record, feedback test record results;

3. Assist electronic engineers in developing hardware test specifications, designing hardware test cases, and regularly updating and maintaining;

4. Responsible for new product material proofing, follow-up, recognition;

5. Assist the structural engineer in completing the production of the acknowledgment and the structural signature;

6. Assist structural engineers to make product waterproof or drop test;

7. Record the work content and progress of each item, and report the sample status to structural engineers and electronic engineers on time;

8. The problems happened in the actual work should be promptly feedback to the structural engineer or electronic engineer;

9. Provide a work log to the development manager on time every week to assist the department manager in handling department-related matters.

Responsibilities

2. IPQC, review of the QC inspection report;

3. Cooperate with quality manager to analysis, improvement and follow-up of quality problem;

4. IPQC, QC work objectives, planning and implementation;

5. IPQC, QC inspection standards are formulated and implemented;

6. IPQC, QC inspector training.

Qualifications

1. College degree or above, major in science and engineering

2. More than 2 years experience in PACK manufacturing wire quality management

3. Ability to handle quality accidents

4. Familiar with PACK manufacturing process

5. Familiar with the use of quality statistical analysis tools

6. Familiar with the operation of the quality system.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for contacting customers, preparing quotations, participating in business negotiations, and signing contracts;

2. Responsible for production order tracking, delivery, and on-site supervision;

3. Responsible for document review, customer reconciliation, customer information feedback, etc;

4. Customer expansion and maintenance;

5. Organizing and archiving business related materials;

6. Report on related business work.

Qualifications

1. Technical secondary school or above, more than one year of work experience;

2. Familiar to use computer office software and can operate ERP system.
